All images, drawings, designs and plans depicted herein are artist’s conceptual renderings (“Renderings”), which are based upon preliminary development plans, and are subject to change without notice, in the developer’s sole and absolute discretion, in the manner provided in the offering documents. They should not be relied upon as representations, express or implied, of the final detail of the units or the remainder of the Condominium. Improvements, landscaping and amenities depicted may not exist. The developer expressly reserves the right to make modifications, revisions, and changes it deems desirable in its sole and absolute discretion.

Renderings may depict certain proposed views, which are not identical from each unit, which are not to scale, and which are shown solely for illustrative and convenience purposes. No guarantees or representations whatsoever are made that existing or future views of the project and surrounding areas depicted by Renderings or as otherwise described herein, will be provided or, if provided, will be as depicted or described herein. Any view from a unit or from other portions of the property may in the future be limited or eliminated by future development or forces of nature and the developer in no manner guarantees the continuing existence of any view.

All plans, sketches, renderings, images, graphic materials, plans, specifications, terms, prices, dimensions, areas, amenities, improvements, dimensions, brands, conditions, statements and other information depicted or described are conceptual only and may not be relied upon. Photographs may be stock photography used to depict suggested lifestyles rather than any that may exist. The developer reserves the right to modify, revise or withdraw any or all of same in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice. All improvements, designs and construction are subject to first obtaining the appropriate federal, state and local permits and approvals for same. No representations or other assurances upon which a buyer may rely are made that any items depicted or described herein will be provided or, if provided, that they will be of the same type, size, location or nature as depicted or described herein, unless set forth in the applicable purchase agreement.
